Sync from Square to Woocommerce

I posted previously about not being able to sync everything from Square to Woocommerce.

Since then my developer has been working with Woocommerce and we shared the ticket number with Square who said they'd help with the issue.

I'm still with a website that is not showing anything new that has been added in the last 6 months. We haven't had any further contact from Square.

Does anyone know what the issue is?

I am sorry to hear you have been having some issues with this. Do you have a rough date on when you first reached out to us with that ticket number? I can definitely take a look and reach out to that team for an update.

Did the remaining products ever come through, and if so what was the cause? Asking because on large catalogues the plugin's full sync can stop after repeated Square rate-limit responses and nothing re-queues it (GitHub issue #559 on the plugin repo, September 2026); the only sign is the "Sync failed" record and you have to press Sync now again. If that matches what your developer saw, it may be worth pointing them at it.
