    <description>&lt;P&gt;Solved -&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This system is SOOOO idiotic and it changes functionality without informing users it seems.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I did NOT have Instant Profile turned on (it was on previously...... and syncing previously in Square itself) and thus when an order was created it did not create a profile for the customer in square itself, hence the errors in Mailchimp's Sync.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So, if you have this issue then just go into Square Dashboard -&amp;gt; Customer Directory -&amp;gt; Settings -&amp;gt; Instant Profiles and turn that on.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If Square would just up their game in terms of UX and customer comms most of these issues would not need to be listed here.....&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;PS: I knew it wasnt a mailchimp issue!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I use Square to take payments online only on hadieda.co.uk and this is synced with Mailchimp (Free) account currently.&lt;BR /&gt;I can see that Mailchimp is syncing, in the Square by Mailchimp integration but in the logs I see ITEM skipped with the reason of:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H2&gt;Order does not specify an associated customer and can not be created or updated at Mailchimp.&lt;/H2&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;Sync TaskIDReference IDCustomer IDOrder Date &lt;TABLE&gt;&lt;TBODY&gt;&lt;TR&gt;&lt;TD&gt;Order&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;TR&gt;&lt;TD&gt;ltmt-------------&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;TR&gt;&lt;TD&gt;14-----91&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;TR&gt;&lt;TD&gt;No customer specified on order.&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;TR&gt;&lt;TD&gt;Aug 24 2025 05:05PM +00:00&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;/TBODY&gt;&lt;/TABLE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now, this means that I am NOT getting my most recent clients automatically syncing into Mailchimp and thus I wont be buying a premium package to do automation as Automation only works with good data.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Has any had a similar issue or any tips on actually getting square to reliably sync with Mailchimp and getting automation done?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Square Marketing is useless and overpriced for its funcionality so I am not even look at that anymore.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Some things to note:&lt;BR /&gt;- I have redone the sync - both accounts are the correct accounts and I am syncing my primary square account/database.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;- In mailchimp its showing new contacts/updates contacts from the last month but NONE are the new orders I got from Square, the emails and contact details do no exist in Mailchimp&lt;BR /&gt;- Yes, this is a mailchimp managed thing, but I have a sneaky suspicion that this is a Square problem and NOT a mailchimp one&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
