Category based times missing ?

Hmm

I am sure we used to have an "availability" option within Categories with options for "match hours of parent Category" and "Custom hours" etc. These were setup to turn on our Breakfast 9 - 11.30 , Lunch 11.30 - 2pm etc etc and still work but I'm adding a new category and don't see the option and has vanished from already setup Categories.

The hours section is there but nothing underneath it ? I'm on the Premium Plan where time based categories should be available

Hi there, @yaykenny -

We still have time-based categories for your Online Store, but the option has moved to sellers that have Square Online Plus or Premium.

If those are crucial for your business, I would suggest upgrading. Then you will see the option to add specific dates & times.

As in my post, I am on Online Premium and the Categories I have setup still turn on and off as they should but the option to edit or add new times categories is not there (see pic)

I am a premium member and can verify that the option to change day/times for categories being available is missing as of today, April 16th, 2026. How do we get this fixed? As a busy restaurant with specials and happy hour deals with printed marketing material posted up in our space, this has become a big issue.
