In your dashboard, you can navigate to Reports and view Sales Summary and then filter the date to last year.

This will show total gross revenue, total discounts, total refunds, any tips or sales tax and gift card sales.

Hi @Denver1, I see this is your first post on the Square Community. Welcome!

Just as @BofBArtStudio mentioned, you are able to access your sales reports for the current or previous years. You can even download or print these reports for your records as well.

To do so:

Go to Reporting > Reports > Sales Summary from your online Square Dashboard.
Use the date selector at the top-left corner to choose the date range you’d like to view, or enter custom dates.
Configure the relevant filters for your report by clicking on each drop-down menu.

A report specific to your sales will populate and a CSV file will automatically download to your computer, which you can then open using Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet program.
