Have enabled delivery option, but customers couldn't use when we went live

Have set up a takeaway burger bar. Have been running it for 3 weeks with just the pickup option. Tonight I enabled the delivery option and put in all the times and ticked the fulfillment boxes for each item. When customers went to order for delivery, it took their details but listed them for pickup and did not give delivery an option. How do I make sure this is an option for my customers as I think I have gone through the back end and selected everything I should have?

Was working fine for us yesterday. But have the same issue today, was just told that its a technical issue and could not give a time when it'll be fixed. Has been half a day and the problem is still there. Its rather annoying as our customers could not check out and its costing us some business.

Appreciate you letting me know that. Was thinking it was something I had or had not done. Had advertised home delivery this weekend, bit embarrassing that it didn't work! Hope they fix it quick, don't want customers to get discouraged. Thanks

Yes i was also fiddling around for the longest time. Did not expect there would be such internal technical error for such an important function and for a lengthy period of time. In fact they wouldn't be contactable till Monday so I'm really hoping this wouldn't be a problem for the rest of the weekend. Will check back in again tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

Hey @Zacbutlers and @Courthouse1,

Apologies for the downtime you saw on Friday!

This was escalated to an on-call engineer and fixed ASAP - obviously it wasn't great to have this happen and hopefully we won't see this occur again in the future.

Thanks for that. Worked on Saturday & Sunday really good. Was embarrassing on 1st advertised home delivery night not to be we working & not knowing why but all good now.
