Left navigation menu nesting issue

Hi there,

I have issues with the left side navigation menu as the software is not taking the structure of the categories and subcategories, in other words, it's not nesting, the links appear/disappear, etc. Must be a bug or something wrong with the store back end. I've contacted help desk but haven’t heard back unfortunately. Any help on this will be much appreciated.
