Cannot add modifier to an item - "New Modifier" is grayed-out

When adding a new item, I am directed to "Modifiers" to add a modifier for that item. On the "Create Modifier" page the "New Modifier" option is grayed-out. I get an error message that I must add a new modifier to save my changes. It's a Catch-22, for sure. Does anyone have a solution to this? Thanks.

Hey!

When you add modifier did you go to modifiers, add modifier set, make sure to title and then add in each one?

Just did this in our system and worked fine. Was thinking maybe it was because you have too many modifiers but we have a TON and it still worked okay.

If that doesn’t help I recommend either logging out and logging in or restarting your POS depending on where you are adding in the item.
