Known Issue: Coupons for Square Online - "Coupons not yet available"

I have set up my coupons in Square Online, all coupons work that I made when setting up site; but the two I set up today come up with "coupon not yet available" when the customer goes to use it. Any help would be appreciated.

I have double and triple checked the set up, its set up fine. Is there a waiting period to use a coupon???

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you're having trouble getting your coupons working.

I understand this issue is caused due to the Online Store system date conflicting with where the website is hosted (the US) and the Australian date you've entered to start the coupon code. This issue should hopefully resolve itself by now - are your coupons currently active? This is an issue we're hoping to resolve in a future update to Square Online.
