Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your item library!

It's a little hard for us to look into account specific inventory issues via our Seller Community forum, but is there anything else you can tell me about the issue?

Have you previously been able to add items? Is there anything specific about the item you're trying to add that errors? Are you able to post a screenshot of the error?

Your best bet here is probably going to be getting in touch with our support team on 1800 760 137 - they'll be able to take a better look into your account and further troubleshoot the issue! Otherwise happy to help as much as I'm able to!

Yes i was able to add before and actually was able to add fractions of info in yesterday, but 99times out of 100 it will be loading or try again, i checked my Internet its ok, use differen browser, different computer still same problem.... I might just give support a buzz see how to fix it first, thanks
