We have a donation item for our account. It has various donations and a 'custom donation' facility.

The 'custom donation' option works fine on our various point of sale apps, but has disappeared from our online page, which now only shows the fixed amount options.

Hmmm?!

Hey @nepeeanhistsoc,

Thanks for reaching out. At the moment Square online doesn't actually support variably priced items. If you go into the item's listing via your Square Dashboard Inventory, you should see this notification:

There is a workaround for this though, via Checkout Links - here you'll be able to generate a link for the donation item to share with your customers and also to link to from your Square Online website. I recommend putting a link to it on your home page for maximum visibility, you can also post it via social media channels etc.
