Why does my website change to spanish when its set up in English(us)?

My Website is constantly changing to Spanish Language is set to English(us) so im not sure what else i need to change? please help. for the time being i have given up on my website. which is frustration.

It is translating on the front end to your customers, or is it the back end portal you see?
