Suspicious transaction/website?

I made a transaction yesterday which comes up as a gosq transaction under a woman's name. My transaction was on https://www.teva-australia.com/shippinginfo.html
I have had no receipt and no reply to my emails.
Does anyone recognise the user Lauren Frackiewicz who has the gosq account?

While Square was not the merchant that charged you, you may have made a purchase from a business that uses Square to accept card payments through countertop options such as Square Reader, Square Stand, Square Terminal or Square Register.

When you make a purchase with a Square merchant, you’ll see the characters SQ*, the merchant’s name or business name, and the business type on your card statement. Given that the transaction on your card statement is showing as 'gosq', and not 'SQ', this transaction may have been processed by another provider.
