Domain transfer to Square not working

I had a domain through squarespace and tranferred it to square following the steps provided by Square. I have copied and pasted the dns codes into the domain settings but when I try to publish my website the following banner appears:

Update your DNS settings to use your custom domain for this site. Update DNS Settings

www.petalsondarby.com is my website. On the Who is domain lookup website it says that the domain status is:

clientTransferProhibited http://icann.org/epp#clientTransferProhibited

I'm not sure what this means or how to resolve so my domain links to my website.

Hi @petalsondarby,

I just had a quick look at your DNS and it all appears to be OK. DNS changes (including registrar) can take a while to propogate as there's a fair bit of caching that goes on in various places (including even your local router and browser). I visited the site and got a lock screen which I'm pretty sure is being served by square.

The reason your SSL cannot be propagated is because of the failure to recognize our IP address. When you have a moment, make sure that the only records on your domain are as follows;

The first record should be:
Type: A
Hostname: @
Value: 199.34.228.164
TTL: 1hr

The second should be:
Type: A
Hostname: www
Value: 199.34.228.164
TTL: 1hr

After that, your SSL should propagate within 24-48 hours from setting the proper settings.
