Afterpay: How to set eligible range

In the eligibility section it has:

Items between $ and $

Orders between $ and $

I want to set the order TOTAL minimum to be $100 however it can be made up of ITEMS that are less than $100 each (i.e. they can by 4 x $35 caps) but I can't seem to make it work.

If I set the order minimum to $100 I get an error:

Item minimum cannot be below order minimum

Suggestions before I just turn Afterpay off altogether. I'm losing money at the moment.

Hey @GoulburnWestern,

I understand how the item minimum and order minimum set-up is confusing! According to our eCom team, this is expected behaviour, but I've reached out for further for some clarification as I encounter the same error message.

For now, setting the order amount, and item amount to $100 will mean that Afterpay will be available for your customers as long as their cart reaches $100, which can be made up of several items of a lower value.

I'm not sure that's how it supposed to work (why even have an item value then ?) but will give it a go 🙂
