Allow customer to pay for item with afterpay

Hi,

I have a customer who wants to buy an item and use afterpay. The item isn't currently listed on my online store, it is a custom item.

I understand that if I create an invoice and sent it over, then afterpay can't be used.

If I simply create a new item and then send them the link will that automatically allow them to pay with afterpay? I sent myself a test link and I can't see where its an option?

Any help is much appreciated.

Do you mean create a new item for your Square Online website? How did you send the link?

You will also need to make sure to enable Afterpay for the online store under Setting > Checkout. However, this is going to make Afterpay available for all of the items you sell online.

Can you let us know the name of the item you created so we can try to recreate what you saw on your end with the test link?
