    <description>&lt;P&gt;Customers are not receiving email saying their order has been shipped.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have send email selected.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't determine the reason why it is not working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anybody hep please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

To do this, select the ellipses, then select &lt;STRONG&gt;Send Test Email, &lt;/STRONG&gt;and let us know if you receive this.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Are you also able to confirm whether this behaviour is consistent for every shipped order?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We'll keep a lookout for your response here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
