Item QR code not working

Hi. Any ideas? I wantto create a QR code for online checkout - to purchase one single item (art, not food). Ive done this twice successfullly but now Sqaure app & website wont let me create a 3rd item. Ive tried every combination solution I can think of. Checked settigs in the item are all teh same. Any ideas?

Just so I'm on the same page with you here, are you creating Online Checkout Payment Links to share your items with customers?

Do you receive an error message when attempting to set up a new payment link?
