Cannot log into Weebly — Log in loop

I can log into my Square account just fine but when I try to log into Weebly, I'm stuck in a loop where I'm returned to the log-in page (enter your user name) every time I enter the user name. I tried:

- resetting my Square password

- clearing my caches

- 2 browsers (Chrome and Safari)

- private browsing window

- restarting my devices

- mobile and desktop

- updating all my software and OS

My Weebly site has been deleted by Weebly (though it's a very innocuous site about literature and Venice: https://readingvenice.weebly.com/) so it's critical that I log in to see what's going on...

I'd appreciate any help, suggestions and tips!

Hi @readingvenice,

You access your website through the Square dashboard, not Weebly. Once you are logged into your dashboard, you'll see "Online" on the left-hand side. Click that, and then click "Online Store". In there, you will edit your site and make other changes.

And thanks for your message. Unfortunately this doesn't work. If I click on ONLINE from my Square dashboard, the only option I have is Sales Channel, and clicking on Sales Channel takes me to another irrelevant menu. Screenshot attached.

I had started using Weebly as an alternative to Wordpress, because I didn't like some of the recent Wordpress updates. I very very much regret this.
