Can't see options on published site

I have options showing in my Item Library and also on my Sales Item but they don't appear on my web site.

What would prevent them from showing? They used to be there as customers have previously ordered using them but now they have vanished!

Hi Sas @bakerlou 👋

It looks like there used to be a variation on the item's drop-down that on this item that is no longer available. When you have a moment, check out your item settings via your Square Online dashboard. Select Items > Site Items to take a closer look at the variation and modifier settings for this item. I'll keep an eye out for your reply, please let me know how you go!

Thanks so much for the reply. I went through the variations in both the Item Library and the Sales Items and the two variations are available and costed, so I am very confused as to why they don't appear on the site.

Thanks for checking those settings, @bakerlou - in this case, I'd recommend calling our support team so we can take a closer look. You can call support on 1800 760 137 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm AEDT), so we can dig a bit deeper. Unfortunately, we're limited in what we can see via this forum as it's public.
