Hi I have just set up a square account. During this I noted something about customer privacy and how you must set up a privacy policy. Can I just set the settings so I don’t keep any customer data? How do I do this? I have a simple business and do not feel the need for a privacy policy as I don’t want any information from my customer.

Hi @BandG,

If you're not creating customer profiles, or recording their details when processing sales, you wouldn't need to create a separate privacy policy. Square card payments are PCI-compliant and en-to-end. Learn more about our security measures here.
