What’s going on with shipping addresses

Over the last 3 or so weeks we have missed out on online sales as the check out system is not recognising the customers shipping address! Has there been some sort of change or upgrade recently?

it’s quite disappointing and we are now considering moving to another platform unless this gets sorted out.

We'd be happy to take a look at your site from our end, are you able to include a link in your reply? Additionally, are you seeing this behaviour for Shipping orders or Delivery orders?
