How to remove pages from drop down menu?

Can someone please explain to me how I can remove pages from the drop down menu?

I enabled egifts onto my website, that I have now since disabled and it has caused the drop down menu on my website to include 2 giftcard pages that i do not want there! Please help! It looks horrible!

I'd be happy to provide some steps here to see if we can get those pages removed ASAP for you.

Firstly, you'll want to navigate to your Square Online Site Editor by selecting Website > Edit Site. Once you're in your Site Editor, you will see a dropdown menu at the top-left of the screen. Once selected, you'll see your page menu and if you hover over any of your pages, you will see the option to 'Delete page' by clicking the little trash can icon.

For your reference, I've included a screenshot of what this will look like.

Be sure to select Publish when you are finished so that these changes reflect on your live site.

Give this a try and let me know how you go on your end!

Hello @Laurie_ !

Thank-you for helping, unfortunately this didn’t not work. As I do not actually have “gift cards” in the site editor.
However it’s still showing in the drop down menu on my website. I’ve spent most of my day trying to work it out and I’m getting nowhere.

They'll be able to imitate your unique online dashboard to take a further look and see what's going on and how things have been set up on your online store backend.

1. Sign in to your Square account

2. Head to our contact page https://squareup.com/help/au/en/contact

3. Click on any topic, then "I don't see my issue"

4. Click "Message us" or "Email us"
