Square website disappeared

Hello All,

Good day. Today we were building our website and published it - then later today when we went to add another page - we got 404 error. Checking in Square online - there is no trace of all the pages and our website.

Even the template is missing and not even a single page or element is available. We are not sure how this can happened- today is our launch and we are so sick of this and very very disappointed

No trace of entire website - we have so many screen shot and screen grabs of the website we built - any one faced this issue and will support be able to retrieve our previous pages ? Please assist urgently

From what I can see, it sounds like our team has identified the issue and is currently working on a fix with you.

Thanks Laurie - Support team tried and they are not able to figure out how a Live Website disappeared including templates. Hence we went about recreating everything from Scratch unfortunately - double the effort and money spent.

But we are live now.
