&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Currently, appointment notes and notes added to a customers profile, are visible to service providers only. However, if you wanted to add a brief note to the booking notification that your client receives, you could do this by adding it as an optional message when sending your appointment notification via email.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When you select to send your client booking notification via email, you’ll see this Notification Message text box is available.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
