Is there the option for clients to use a discount code when booking online?

Alternatively, is there a way to apply a discount on a service for a period of time

Hi there @ZoeClare 👋,

Currently, adding discounts to services via your Appointments online booking site isn’t possible. We know this is a popular request from Sellers around the world, and we hope to have updates on this in the future.

In the meantime, you can use a couple of workarounds: temporarily adjust the service price for the discounted period, so customers can book online, or apply the discount manually when booking through your app or Dashboard. 🙂

Hi Support Team,

Has this been rectified? I would really like to offer my military community a code they can use to book into their fitness sessions. At the moment my work around involves a lot of extra handling for my clients. They need to buy a 1 pack of their session with the military links with discounts applied, then they need to go to the booking site and book in and apply the pack.

Would really love to make it easier for them. This is something I have put forward to the support team on a number of occasions.
