How can I print a copy of my online orders from the Square Dashboard?

Hi,

I used to be able to print my orders from the orders page but not can't seem to find it.

Please tell me how I get to this page. I remember it used to be under 'orders' and then I could see my new website order in full detail.

To print the details of a single Square Online order, follow these steps:

Alternatively, you can export a spreadsheet from the Square Dashboard that includes a list of your orders and their details:

Sign in to the Square Dashboard and navigate to Items & Orders > Orders.
On the Orders page, set any necessary filters (such as date range).
In the top right corner, click Export CSV > Standard Export CSV.
Download your CSV file.

This download will provide you with a spreadsheet containing a list of your orders and their relevant details.

PS, the current 2026 version of the Square user layout does not have 'Items & Orders' ... ... 'Orders' are now under Payments & Invoices.
