&lt;P&gt;The first step is to ensure that you’ve enabled the option to &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/au/en/article/7014-accept-payments#" target="_self"&gt;accept online orders in your Square Online settings&lt;/A&gt;. Once that’s confirmed, here are a few other factors to check:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Domain Connection:&lt;/STRONG&gt; If you recently transferred or &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/au/en/article/6916-connect-your-domain-with-square-online-store" target="_self"&gt;connected a domain to your Square Online site&lt;/A&gt;, it may take 24–48 hours for the SSL certificate to fully propagate. Your site won’t be able to process orders until this process is automatically completed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Item Visibility:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Ensure all items are set to &lt;STRONG&gt;Visible&lt;/STRONG&gt; in your item settings and have stock assigned to them.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Fulfilment Settings:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Double-check that you’ve completed setting up your Square Online fulfilment settings and assigned the correct fulfilment method to each item available for purchase.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
