Why am I unable to convert certain items into services on my Square Dashboard?

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: converting an event item into a service?

how do i convert an event item into a service?

I've created an event (Group Training) to my item library. However, this is classed more under services, so I'd like to convert it to a service.

Unfortunately, when I go click on "convert an item to service," i don't see or get the Group Training under the items i can convert?

What am i doing wrong? Is there a workaround for this?

Unfortunately, it's hard for me to determine why these Event Items aren't able to be converted into services without looking at your account settings alongside you. For further investigation, please reach out to our Support Team directly, so they can review your item settings in more detail. If required, they can escalate your case to our Engineers for review. In the meantime, I recommend creating new services for your Group Training items.
