Images not showing up in website editor

I'm trying to rebrand my site and everytime I try and upload an image or even my logo it's completely blank in the editor and preview.

I've tried clearing website cache and resizing the images and changing the image from PNG to JPG and nothing has worked.

Can someone please help fix this?

- Are you using a computer or phone?
- Is it an Apple or Android device?
- Which web browser are you using? For example, Safari, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge.
- Is your device running the latest software available?
- Have you tried editing on a different web browser or device to see if the issue is happening across multiple browsers and devices? This will help us narrow down whether the issue is browser or device-specific.
