&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1.&lt;/STRONG&gt; Ask the customer to check their spam or junk folder – BigPond’s spam filters can sometimes flag Square emails, especially if it's their first time receiving one.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;2.&lt;/STRONG&gt; Have them add Square to their safe sender list – Ask the customer to add &lt;STRONG&gt;invoicing@messaging.squareup.com&lt;/STRONG&gt; to their contacts or safe senders to improve email deliverability.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;3.&lt;/STRONG&gt; Double-check the email address – Make sure there are no typos in the address (e.g. @bigpond.com or @bigpond.net.au).&lt;/P&gt;
