Can't edit items in Dashboard--redirects to Sandbox.

I am unable to edit items in Dashboard.

Here are the steps: Dashboard, to Sales Channel, to Online, to Website, to Edit Site, then I click on the item I want to edit, and when I click on 'Edit Item Details' it takes me to a blank page with 'Sandbox' as the first word.

I have tried cleaning my cache, trying incognito mode, using different browers, using different devices, but it still takes me to Sandbox.

Hi @melindavanslyke, thank you for your post. I appreciate you listing all the troubleshooting you tried as well.

I had our eCommerce team take a look at your account and they said that all site Items and Category editing access is now available on your Square Dashboard, instead of through the Square Online Dashboard or site editor. I will list the steps on how to access the new editor below.

From your main Dashboard Quick access menu, you will want to select "Items."

Once a new page appears, you will want to select "Item Library" at the top of your Items menu. From here you will be able to edit all of your items.
