      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/655428"&gt;@The_Twelve_Cafe&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, I had a problem with entering offline mode as well. &amp;nbsp;Here’s what worked for me. &amp;nbsp;I had to disconnect my POS from the internet completely. &amp;nbsp;Then I reconnected back to the WiFi network I’ve always used. &amp;nbsp;Then, I could process payments in offline mode. &amp;nbsp;So far, I’ve processed a half-dozen and all seems fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully that works for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Today was a frustrating day! Especially when the Offline Mode was not working on our register. Usually if the register prompts our baristas to use Offline Mode...it will actually work. It didn't work today. The screen would sort of "flash" and go back to the open check on the register.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received the update on issquareup.com (2 hours into the debacle) that we have to disconnect the network and &lt;STRONG&gt;then&lt;/STRONG&gt; turn the Offline Mode on.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What happened today, Square?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
