Why Aren’t Banner Images Loading in Square Website Builder?

I'm working on building our website. When I work from my laptop all of the banner images I have load just fine. But from my desktop (and more importantly from my boss's desktop) all the banners just show a flashing gray screen. The site isn't published yet, and I can't move forward if I can't resolve this issue.

I've updated my browsers, tried new browsers, made sure that all pop up and images are allowed through my browser and my moniter settings look fine.

What am I missing?

Hello @mistymeadows !

I've found that the site preview screen can sometimes be pretty temperamental. I'd be curious to see if your banner issues go away after you publish the site. My recommendation would be to publish it as is then try viewing it. You can always unpublish the site if there still are issues. Also, please reply with the site address once it's live and we can take a look from the customer side of things to see if the banner is acting up for us as well.

Yeah @ryanwanner, I was wondering if the issue might be related to the site not being published as well. @mistymeadows Without the site link and it being live, it's difficult to take a closer look since we can’t access your account.

Have you tested this across different internet browsers? Which browser are you using, and is it up to date?

If you're comfortable sharing the site link and a few screenshots, this could help us better understand what's going on.
