I have setup shipping by weight and region. Each of our items has a weight, but I don't know how to include the weight of the box. The box weight is usually between 4 to 6 ounces and when not accounted for can make a big difference in the shipping cost as the rates always move upwards towards the next full pound, even it it's just 1 additional ounce.
