&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We operate a restaurant in a food court using Square POS, and we have one request and two questions regarding QR code ordering.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":white_square_button:"&gt;🔳&lt;/span&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Request 1&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We reached out to Square Support to ask how to remove the message &lt;EM&gt;"We'll send order status updates to +1-xxx"&lt;/EM&gt; that is sent to customers after they place an order. However, we were informed that this message cannot be removed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Since our restaurant operates with a &lt;STRONG&gt;name-call pickup system&lt;/STRONG&gt;, this message can be misleading for customers, causing confusion. We would like to request an option to remove or customize this message to better fit our ordering process.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":white_square_button:"&gt;🔳&lt;/span&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Question 1&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How can we send order status updates to the phone number entered by the customer?&lt;BR /&gt;Is it possible to send &lt;EM&gt;"Order-ready Texts"&lt;/EM&gt; to customers' phone numbers in QR code ordering, similar to how it works with Square Kiosk?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/715136"&gt;@KOHD&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;!&amp;nbsp; I'll do my best to help you, and answer things best I can.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regarding;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Request 1 - I don't think it's possible to remove what you are requesting, so a product enhancement would be needed.&amp;nbsp; You can check to see if anyone else has requested this (and add to their request), or you can submit a new feature request here -&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/Feature-Requests-Ideate/ct-p/Beta-Feature-Requests" target="_blank"&gt;https://community.squareup.com/t5/Feature-Requests-Ideate/ct-p/Beta-Feature-Requests&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Question 1 - Yes, it should be possible to do this, assuming your customer has entered their phone number for the "notify when ready", by clearing the item from the KDS Expeditor.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I believe there is a setting on the KDS to "notify when ready" that you must enable.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Question 2 - I "don't" think so, as I have not figured out how to do that either.&amp;nbsp; I did a quick search of the community forum and didn't see this either.&amp;nbsp; Maybe a fellow Champion can verify if it can be done or not?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps.&amp;nbsp; Update here if needed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/715136"&gt;@KOHD&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;From my memory, the QR code ordering is much like ordering off the website.&amp;nbsp; I am assuming you are not dropping the orders off at specific tables.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think you can edit the site to remove that option,&amp;nbsp; I also think that the name gets associated just like an online order for the QR orders so you should have both available.&amp;nbsp; Little trick I use, set up a 100% discount code and then place an order and run that code so you can see the way it works in real time.&amp;nbsp; But the updates populate to the phone numbers just like online and kiosk orders when you clear them in order manager or kds.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
