Hi Everyone! I am having so much trouble with FB & IG!

Hello! I had my store connected to my FB page, pending with IG and I guess somehow I created a second catalog and now IG Denied me & my FB shop disappeared. Does anyone have experience with this and may have some simple advise? I'm not terrible with technology but this has got me stuck for a couple of weeks now. Thanks! -Ang

To start - do you manage more than one Facebook page? If so, could one of the catalogs be linked to the other?

In my experience with some other sellers, adding your shop to Instagram has been a little challenging. So it's not uncommon for a shop to be denied.
