Hello @erinreyehair 👋

This is something you'll need to manage directly from Google Workspace.

You can log in to your inbox directly from Google using admin.google.com or mail.google.com/a/domainname.com (replace “domainname” with your own URL).

Once you log in using your admin credentials, you can follow the instructions provided by Google here to edit a profile picture.

When you have a moment, could you clarify what you mean by "Square Online is the reseller?"

From what we can see from your screenshot, this image is of a Google Workspace, which we here on the Square Community do not offer assistance with as that would be a Google inquiry.
