Commission and Delivery Fees not subtracted from sales report after integrating Postmates & Caviar.

Hi there, I have recently integrated Postmates and Caviar delivery service into Square POS. I see total sales from both apps are now included in the Square sales report. However, commission and delivery fees from these services are not subtracted from the net sales, creating the discrepancies in my sales report.

For now, I am subtracting fees from caviar & postmates via obtaining separate reports from these apps in the excel spreadsheet to calculate the correct net sales amount. This rather defeats the purpose of integrating these service into the square POS, as I still have an extra step to calculate net sales. Am I missing something here?

Hi @habe1984 unfortunately there is not a way on Square's end to break up the reporting that comes through from Postmates or Caviar. You may want to reach out to them to see if they have any options for you in regards to the reports feature.

I do understand how useful this could be to you and other sellers and will pass the feedback along to the development and integrations team!
