They say we cannot charge one or two dollars, or even remove this from the receipt. That sounds incredibly strange.</P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P>Does anyone know how we can charge a one or two dollar in-store pick up fee? We are currently asking customers to add an item to their cart to charge them two dollars, but only a quarter of the customers are doing that.
