GSuite Verification on Weebly

I recently setup the trial to do gsuite within Weebly for my online store. I transferred over from Shopify back in December.

I am trying to verify the account for the trial so I can try it all out.

When I click on the admin button as instructed, I get a google window saying it can't sign me in (I've signed out of all my other accounts) and below my new email address it says: "Your account has not been verified. Ask your G Suite administrator to verify the domain associated with your account. Find the administrator."

How do I verify this account?

My personal email linked to my weebly account is working fine but I'm not seeing anything there about verifying this email.

I don't know how to verify it as an administrator. Any ideas?

Hey @cwdaniels.

Sounds like you have not fully completed the G suite set up. Please reach out to one of our Advanced Support Team members by contacting Weebly so they can help you connect the email you made as a super admin, this will allow you to verify the account for G Suite and more.

Phone and chat support is available Mon-Fri 6 am-6 pm PST and Sat-Sun 8 am-5 pm PST. Email reps generally respond to support tickets within 24-48 hours depending on queue volume. The button to contact the reps can be found here.

Thank you for your quick response, Sayra.

How do I connect with Weebly? I've posted on their community forums and they have not been very responsive (2-3 days in between each response) and when they respond it has not been effective.

Is there a quicker way to get their support? My trial period (14 days) is almost up now.

Try contacting Weebly through here and scroll to the bottom of the screen for the “contact us” button. You can also access the admin login page if you log into Weebly and navigate to the gsuite overview page.

When I click on that link it takes me to the square help page and I don't see anything that says "contact us" anywhere on the page. Am I missing something?

In terms of the admin gsuite page, I know how to get to the admin page but it won't let me in. It says the account needs to be verified. So that's the question I'm trying to resolve.
