cash drawer keypad

Hi, we are new to Square. We currently are only doing online, prepaid orders.

However, next week, we will be opening the "store" and will need to establish a cash drawer also.

When I go into the cash drawer on the Square terminal, I am unable to enter the beginning cash amount because the keypad (number pad) is enlarged so much that you can only see a key or two. I have been unable to figure out how to make it smaller so that all the numbers are visible. ?? Using an Ipad. Any suggestions? Thank you.

@AJ4 please make sure you have your Terminal software updated and also reboot it. If that doesn't work you will need to contact Square Support so that they can file a bug, but hopefully the update will be enough to fix it!
