&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sorry to hear that your customers are having a hard time. How are they trying to order, on online or in person? If online, this seems to be an internet connectivity issue. I suggest that you try to replicate the problem on your end by ordering the same way. If you continue to experience the same issue, please take a screenshot of what you see and send it over.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
