Square Appointments

I am looking to allow patients to schedule through square. They give their Name and Phone Number. I am also needing a date of birth. Is there anyway to get that as well? Is there a way to add that description to the "Additional Comments" box? Or anywhere else? Just somehow I need to capture that info.

Thank you for reaching out in the Community.

There isn't a way to add a DOB section whenever you create a Customer through Appointments. I do have a workaround that could accomplish what you're looking for.

Have the Customer add their DOB to the "Additional Comments" section. Then you can add it to the DOB section one their Customer Directory profile.
