How do I make a discount code for an individual customer? All I am seeing on the website is creating discount codes for individual items, to a full order or to different catergories. Please help me out as soon as possible! Thank you.

Thanks for letting us know you were running into trouble following the steps in the thread you originally commented into, @LRand - I've gone ahead and archived that thread, as the instructions there were a bit outdated. Let's take a new look at this question! You can limit the number of people who can use a coupon through your website, and how long it will be active.

First, give your coupon a name - I'd recommend something very specific that you won't want to use in the future, since it will only be for use one time. IE: 5OFFABC or BYT498 or CHRIS123
Next, you'll need to uncheck the Unlimited box (shown unchecked below).
In the space below where you unchecked the box, enter the number "1".

The other variables are for you to decide on, but let me know if questions come up as you set this up!

The 'Number Available' option (shown in your image above) no longer seems to be available when creating a coupon code and I am not finding any newer threads discussing this. Can you tell me if this option is definitely gone?

Currently, there isn't a way to track when future items will become available. However, you can offer preorders as an option.

Regarding our Item badges, they indicate when an item is on sale, has low inventory, or is out of stock. I agree that adding a feature to track upcoming availability would enhance Square's offerings.
