&lt;P&gt;I was contacted by a customer who tried to place an order, but checkout got hung up at the asking for email part of the checkout... is this something that happens when one is using a cell phone shopping online?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;No, she had no screenshot available...so when she called me, I went to look and could not see anything....but later she went back to order on the computer and it went thru....so I am wondering If I should make a post about trying to order by phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
