Why is my menu disappearing on a mobile site?

[The title of this thread has been edited from the original: When we open online store's page by visiting url in cellphone's browser, the menu disappeared!]

Hi,

We are making marketing on our specific locations. We copied one location's online store url and send it to cell phone, odd thing happened, the menu disappeared when cellphone's browsers open the url. We've tried browsers like Chrome, Safari, etc. They work well on pc or laptop, just not cell phone.

I opened the provided link on chrome and safari on my iPhone and the menus/items were appearing normally for me. Is this still occurring with your customers? Do you have a screenshot you can provide?

Please let me know by replying in this thread. I'll keep an eye out for your response.
