How do I submit a new idea for consideration?

I would like to see a "save order" feature implemented. I have customers that will call in an order (sometimes many items). I would like to ring up the order on the POS system, and save it off so that I can process another customer if they come in. I could do that with Shopkeep, and it was very handy.

First things first, you can always submit new ideas to us here on the Community! Feel free to drop it in our Feature Requests board or anywhere else and we will get it into the hands of those who need to see it.

In regards to your question about saving orders, have you taken a look into Open Tickets on the Point of Sale app? With Open Tickets, you can create, edit and save an order before completing a sale on your mobile device.

Let me know if this gets you where you need to be!
