Current G Suite user wanting to connect to Square online

Hi Square,

It appears on your website when setting up Square online (which I love by the way) that you can also Sync your account with GSuite... in fact you give the option to purchase G Suite through Square for email services.

My questions is, I already signed up for G Suite before I set up Square Online. Is there anyway I can get the 2 to merge? Is there any advantage to merging the two? Currently, Square online only wants me to buy again through Square, but I can't because my domain and email are already purchased through Google.

Please help. Thank you!

Hey there, @HorseandHog -

Unfortunately, Google doesn't give us the option to transfer existing G Suite accounts to Square.

Hi,

I have the same issue as @HorseandHog. I created a Google Workspace account through Google because I had no idea there was an option to sign up for a special trial and pricing through Square. Now I cannot connect my existing Gsuite account with my Square account, the only option offered to me is to create a new Google Workspace account. I don't want to create a new account, I just made one specifically to use for my business with this Square account. Please tell me there is a better answer than, that's just the way it is because Google doesn't let us do that @Kassi_ .

Hello! Is there any update to this? Are we still not able to connect existing google workspace accounts? I am in the same boat, i created a google workspace because i had no idea this was an option through square.

Hello- I had the same issue where I bought the GSuite subscription separately and was able to connect my Square domain with Google Workspace by using the instructions at the following link:
