&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;After looking into this with our Appointments Team. I can confirm that your customers don't see the note entered on your side. The client note is strictly for the sellers side.&amp;nbsp; When you cancel an appointment it gives the option to send a message if you&amp;nbsp;have email notifications enabled.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I need to know if you cancel someones appointment and add a note where it says "client note" to the cancellation telling them why you're cancelled, do they get that message on the automated text?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
