Switch which weebly store is associated with square

How do I 1. delete a weebly store associated with my square account?

2. attach a different weebly store to my square account.

I am having an issue, when I create a 'checkout link' within my square account, it is sending my customers info from an old/deactivated online store. I want this store DELETED and I need the correspondence to come from my new online store.

The Checkout Links are going to be different from your Square Online Store.

To deactivate an Online Store associated with one of your locations, please take a look at this best answer.

I want to be of help, but I'm a bit confused about what you're trying to create. Are you trying to have an Online Store with your items for sale? Or an individual checkout link per item?
